Tim Packer is a full time artist and workshop instructor who lives in Whitby, Ontario, Canada. He is the past president of the Canadian Society of Painters in Water Colour and a senior signature member of the Canadian Institute of Portrait Artists. His work ranges from impressionistic oils of the Canadian Landscape reminiscent of the Group of Seven to highly stylized watercolours and life like portraits
